Enterprise wins, US momentum, and a decade of customer loyalty mark a defining six months
New York and Manchester — July 28, 2026: Pimberly, a world-leading provider of SaaS-based Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) software, is sharing an update on business performance for the first half of 2026 — a period defined by international expansion and a landmark financial milestone: $10m in ARR.
The first half of 2026 has been a significant trading period in Pimberly’s progress, with continued international expansion and the achievement of a landmark $10m ARR figure. Here’s the period at a glance:
“We have seen excellent progress in the business during the first half of 2026, and I am very pleased that we have reached the business goal of delivering ARR of $10m. Whilst we are delighted to have hit this milestone, it is important now to build on this achievement and further take advantage of the market opportunity at this time. The business is performing well, we have an excellent market-leading product, and we are increasingly winning major enterprise customers. We are therefore well positioned to leverage our market position and are confident about the future” — Martin Balaam, Pimberly
During the first half of the year, the company made significant progress across the business. Reaching the landmark ARR figure of $10m is testament to the success Pimberly has built since it was founded in 2015. The achievement signals that Pimberly now holds significant market presence on the strength of its product and sales strategy, positioning it as one of the main players in the sector — and a solid foundation from which to expand further into the US market. It’s an endorsement of the management team and the strategy it has delivered on, and it leaves the business well positioned for the future.

New customers in the UK spanned industrial, health, and consumer brands, including Nidec, Vyta Health, Bathroom City, and Wilton Bradley. Notable new US customers included WinSupply, Larson-Juhl, Herschel, and one of the world’s leading paints and coatings manufacturers.
Pimberly continues to sharpen its competitive position. It’s been interesting to note the shifts across the market as some vendors move further toward retail-focused PIM and system-of-record functionality for pricing and inventory, while others pull back their presence in the B2B space.
One of the defining themes across the market this year is the impact of agentic AI — specifically, giving AI agents access to the platform as Agentic Commerce accelerates. This is already built into Pimberly’s architecture, enabling brands to create custom data pools for agentic AI and layer agentic capability on top with ease.
Pimberly has consistently been recognized as an industry leader in recent years. During this period, Pimberly was once again named in G2’s 2026 Best Software Awards — placing 28th on the Best Commerce Software Products list and 26th for Best UK Software Company. G2’s Best Software Awards rank the world’s best software companies and products based on authentic, timely reviews from real users, making this another strong endorsement of the quality of Pimberly’s product.
It’s been a landmark trading period for Pimberly’s US operation, with US sales doubling compared to the same period last year, and new customer sales now matching the UK. This follows sustained investment and management focus on developing the US opportunity — investment that is now generating meaningful returns.
Pimberly has also deepened its presence in the enterprise market, recently securing major corporations as customers, including:
Accordingly, the US market now represents 28% of ARR.
Exhibitions remain a key pillar of Pimberly’s go-to-market strategy, offering valuable face-to-face opportunities with both prospective and existing customers. Across the first half of the year, the team attended a range of industry-leading conferences and executive summits spanning retail, distribution, B2B commerce, and AI — with recurring themes around the impact of AI, B2B transformation, and operational efficiency.
NRF 2026 in New York City brought together more than 40,000 retail professionals, technology providers, and industry leaders from around the world. It delivered valuable insight into emerging retail trends and helped strengthen existing relationships while creating new connections across the industry.
Hosted annually in Washington, D.C. by the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), this summit brings together executives from some of North America’s leading distribution organizations.
A premier retail industry event in Las Vegas, bringing together retailers, brands, and technology providers to explore the latest trends shaping commerce. It offered valuable insight into the challenges retailers currently face — from managing increasingly complex product data, to accelerating time-to-market, to leveraging AI for efficiency.
An excellent opportunity to connect with manufacturers, distributors, and digital commerce leaders focused on accelerating their B2B transformation initiatives.
Brought together technology leaders, innovators, and business professionals to explore the rapidly evolving role of AI across industries — a chance for Pimberly to engage in meaningful conversations about unlocking greater value from product data and content operations.
Held in San Diego, this marked Pimberly’s first time attending this more curated, relationship-focused conference — an opportunity to better understand the specific challenges B2B organizations face around product data management, digital commerce, and operational efficiency.
Pimberly is proud to celebrate the 10th anniversary of winning its first customer, Westcoast — a milestone that reflects the enduring loyalty of the customer base and Pimberly’s ability to retain customers over the long term. Over those ten years, Pimberly has grown into an internationally recognized leader in Product Information Management and expanded into Digital Asset Management, significantly widening its total addressable market and business opportunity.
Pimberly has continued to build on its strength in the UK construction sector, where it now holds significant market share — a particularly valuable position given the sector’s economically defensive nature, and one that provides a solid foundation for growth.
Initiatives in the sector during H1 included:
Pimberly continues to build out its partner ecosystem, becoming a Certified Technology Partner with Shopify for Pimberly Enterprise PIM/DAM, and achieving Certified Solution Partner status with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In the last quarter of 2025, Pimberly announced it had secured £5 million in venture debt funding from Virgin Money. Having this facility in place ensures Pimberly is well positioned to accelerate its growth plans and make strategic investments to capture market opportunity.
Pimberly continued to enhance its product offering during the half, notably with the incorporation of AI through its own AI module and AI prompt tool, Pimble. This gives customers a library of “Pimples,” each with designated tasks.
Pimberly has also folded its previously standalone Digital Asset Management product into the core Pimberly PIM — letting existing customers see the full extent of the enterprise DAM’s features and functionality, and creating a natural path to promote DAM and sell further into the base.
Pimberly is currently working with the University of Essex to research the effects of the introduction of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and other emerging legislation and regulation. As part of this government-funded project, Pimberly and the university are developing a compliance solution built for DPP and broader regulatory change — change that will significantly increase the volume of data associated with each product, including origin, production, and supply chain data. The partnership combines Pimberly’s commercial expertise with the university’s academic expertise across business management, legal, and AI.
The project underscores a broader point: as digital product passports arrive, PIM will play an increasingly central role in sustainability, giving companies a much clearer view of the origin, production, and supply chain data behind each product. Increasingly, companies will lean on their PIM to understand their environmental impact — and Pimberly is positioned to help them get there.
Pimberly’s success this half — and over the ten years since winning its first customer — culminating in the landmark $10m ARR milestone, positions the company as one of the main players in its field, and as a solid foundation from which to expand further into the US market. The market is primed for consolidation, and Pimberly will be looking to deliver growth both organically and through acquisition. This success is an endorsement of the management team and the strategy it has delivered on, leaving Pimberly well positioned for the future.
