PIM and DAM Demo: 3 Minute Intro
For those who want to understand more on the power of Pimberly’s PIM & DAM features

Pimberly saves me about an hour a day. Finding and filtering products is a breeze with Pimberly. I can export exactly the information I want with a click of a mouse and update launch dates without any fuss at all.

Where Product Information Comes From
Product information rarely starts in one place. It can arrive from suppliers, from ERP and PLM systems, from existing DAM and CMS platforms, and from pricing, translation, and content services. Pimberly is a PIM and DAM platform that holds that information centrally, governs it, and distributes it to every channel the business sells through.
Product Hierarchies
Product hierarchies in Pimberly are defined by the business. In a typical example, a fashion product is split into style, colour, and size, with marketing content held at the style level and only size-specific data at the sellable SKU. Values inherit up and down automatically.
Configuring Attributes
Attributes are configured through the interface rather than in code. With the right permissions, a business user can set the data type, permitted values, languages, and which system is allowed to overwrite each value.
Digital Assets
Digital assets sit on the same record as the product data. Photography, video, design files, 3D assets, or any other asset type are held against the product they describe, rather than in a separate library with its own naming conventions. Assets carry version history — previous versions remain available and can be restored, and every change to a product or an asset records what changed, who changed it, and when.
Supplier Submissions
Suppliers submit data through the Pimberly Vendor Portal against templates the business defines. Validation rules configured for those templates run on entry, so errors surface for the supplier to correct before the data ever reaches Pimberly. Automated feeds map incoming fields to Pimberly attributes, and expressions can look up, clean, and normalise values on the way in — with a copy of every source file retained for traceability.
Pimberly AI
Pimberly AI generates descriptions for different audiences from the governed data. Changes made by AI pass through the same permissions, approvals, and audit trail as changes made by a person, and the log shows which was which.
Controlling Product Progress
Lifecycle stages control when a product can move forward. Each stage defines what must be complete before the next, and release to a channel can be blocked until a product reaches the required stage.
Publishing to Every Channel
The same record is distributed to every destination. Pimberly provides connectors for trading partners and marketplaces, and can check each product against a destination’s requirements before it goes — so rejections surface in Pimberly rather than at the channel. Product data is onboarded, enriched, and governed once, then published to every channel that needs it, with a full history of how it got there.
Summary
That is Pimberly: centralised product data, maintained once and distributed everywhere.
This now has everything from the screenshot transcript, structured into headed sections matching the style of your example. Want me to also send through the other (longer) product-tour script restructured, or was that one not actually needed?
