Operating in an industry where precision, compliance, and detailed product information are non-negotiable, Silmid has long managed a vast and diverse product catalogue. Different business units have maintained thousands of SKUs—ranging from 7,000 to over 10,000—each with unique data requirements. 

 Historically, the team used their ERP system as the central source for managing product data.
