Vacancy: Digital Marketing Associate – USA

We are looking to expand our marketing team in New York and recruit a talented, energetic individual who wants to expand their career in marketing.

 Our new Digital Marketing Associate will work alongside our existing team and will be instrumental in our US digital marketing strategy. Using the world’s leading marketing technology platforms, you will become proficient in how to identify the ideal customer profile and persona, design marketing campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads utilising inbound, outbound and partner channels. This will be a unique opportunity to learn, have hands-on experience, deliver and succeed in a highly acclaimed, high performing SaaS technology business.



Key Areas of Experience 

  • In conjunction with the Marketing team, help create high-quality campaigns that can be used in a variety of channels and formats. 
  • Utilize email marketing tools & analytic skills to develop go-to-market strategies; guide company on best practices for optimizing web & email campaigns to meet marketing goals.
  • Analyze web data for trends and convert them into marketing strategies utilizing metrics, patterns and audience targeting.
  • Events – work with internal teams to develop and implement event marketing strategy. Happy to travel occasionally to events across the US.  
  • Partnership – work with partnerships team to develop joint marketing plans with key partners, to include events, social media, content development, lead generation campaigns, and other tactics to achieve defined goals.
  • Inbound engagement – help develop compelling content for target website visitors in order to drive engagement and inbound inquiries.
  • Social media – help develop the company’s social media presence through our key platforms, including engaging with relevant parties.
  • Understand the marketing technologies used and become proficient at their deployment and integration with other systems.
  • Help develop and maintain KPI’s and dashboards.
  • Engage effectively with all key stakeholders across the business.

 

Success Measurements

  • Gain rapid knowledge of email, events, and partner marketing and the technologies used.
  • Help deliver the target KPIs for the business.
  • Improve ROI for events. 
  • Become a trusted and active contributor to the team.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to want to learn how to be a top-performing marketeer
  • Experience of using marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, Wordpress, Zoominfo, Hubspot, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Design experience is a plus.
  • Team player who wants to help build a team culture in the US.
  • Ability to work in-office three days per week.
  • A can-do attitude with a demonstrable drive.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Unbeatable attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Be creative and innovative in approach.
