Marketing Associate – fast-growing SaaS start-up in New York (hybrid role)

We are a successful, fast-growing SaaS start-up based in Manchester, UK with a newly opened office in New York. We work with some of the most recognized brands in the US and UK Fashion & Apparel, Homewares and Technology industries, helping them succeed in OmniChannel eCommerce.

We are looking to expand our marketing team in New York and recruit a talented, energetic individual who wants to start their career in marketing.

Our new Marketing Associate will work alongside our existing team and learn about events and partner marketing. Using the world’s leading marketing technology platforms, you will become proficient in how to identify the Ideal Customer Profile and Persona, design marketing campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads utilising Inbound, Outbound and Partner channels. This will be a unique opportunity to travel to various industry events, learn, have hands-on experience, deliver and succeed in a highly acclaimed, high performing SaaS technology business.

Key areas of experience gained in these roles

  • In conjunction with the Marketing team, help create high-quality campaigns that can be used in a variety of channels and formats.
  • Events- work with internal teams to develop and implement event marketing strategy. Happy to travel occasionally to events across the US.
  • Partnerships- work with partnerships team to develop joint marketing plans with key partners, to include events, social media, content development, lead generation campaigns, and other tactics to achieve defined goals.
  • Inbound engagement – help develop compelling content for target website visitors in order to drive engagement and inbound enquiries.
  • SEO Website content – help plan and create web content that is SEO optimised driving relevant organic traffic to the site.
  • Social media – help develop the company’s social media presence through our key platforms, including engaging with relevant parties.
  • Understand the marketing technologies use and become proficient at their deployment and integration with other systems.
  • Help develop and maintain KPI’s and dashboards.
  • Engage effectively with all key stakeholders across the business.

Success Measurements

  • Gain rapid knowledge of events and partner marketing and the technologies used
  • Help deliver the target KPIs for the business
  • Become a trusted and active contributor to the team

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to want to learn how to be a top-performing marketeer
  • Experience of using Marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, Zoominfo, Hubspot, or equivalent.
  • Team player who wants to help build a team culture in the US
  • A can-do attitude with a demonstrable drive
  • Unbeatable attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Be creative and innovative in approach
