Vacancy: Campaigns Manager / Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious B2B marketer to create and implement a world class lead generation and customer acquisition strategy for Pimberly.

The core objective of this role is to deliver MQLs and SQLs using core digital marketing channels via a robust campaign strategy.

Key Responsibility Areas

  1. Develop compelling messaging that resonates with our three target verticals.
  2. Develop and manage regular email campaigns including planning, drafting copy, setting up workflows in Pardot and reviewing performance.
  3. Understand and own the campaigns process end to end, from initiation, through development and deployment to ongoing analysis of campaign successes.
  4. Deliver effective, results-driven campaigns that increase market awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  5. Ensure that tracking and reporting is developed to provide an accurate view on campaign contribution to our leads funnel.
  6. Leverage marketing automation to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  7. Make data-driven decisions to optimise activities and achieve demonstrable ROI.

Knowledge and Skills for Success

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing.
  2. Exceptional email marketing and written communication skills.
  3. In-depth proficiency of Pardot or other marketing automation platform.
  4. Broad knowledge of the various marketing channels and how to leverage them (organic web, social, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, demand and lead generation, SEO/ PPC).
  5. Ability to analyse data and make recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  6. High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data – budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation.
